Scared Famous or Famously Scared??

VH1 has started a new series called “Scared Famous” which airs on Monday evenings at 9pm eastern time.

It’s hosted by Redman himself, with a cast of ten well known reality celebrities! A handful are models while the other are from Mob Wives and Love & Hip Hop.

Cast: Safaree Samuals, Yung Joc, Erica Mena, Tiffany (New York) Pollard, Drita D’Avanzo, Eva Marcille, Don Benjamin, Alaska Thunderfuck, the only and only Sky from Black Inc Crew, and Miss Nikki Baby (eliminated)

This Monday will be airing episode 4 of the series. The next episode will be picking up during the elimination round between Erica Mena and Yung Joc.

Without giving too much away, I really hope that Erica Mena goes home. I’m not a fan of hers at all. She was messy during her air time on LHHNY and she’s just as messy now. Plus, she completely went bonkers during the previous episode and turned her back on Yung Joc, another LHH cast member as well as a partner in her alliance. Joc didn’t even vote to throw Erica in the elimination round, he voted for Sky! So I would like to see karma get her.

I personally think she went after him due to jealousy. She was mad at him and Safaree for messing around with Tiffany… hashtag petty ???

Enough about that though. Let me give you the overall idea of the show!

When I first watched it, I thought it was corny, because the cast is staying in the ‘haunted’ Louisiana house with constant paranormal activity. But when you watch it, you can see how staged all the activity is. But after the second episode, it finally clicked. It’s more like a haunted house attraction. The cast must know that it’s set up, but given the stories that the place is haunted, when things start to happen, it legit causes fear. Just like when I go to a haunted attraction every year for Halloween, I know it’s fake, but I still get scared.

It makes for GREAT TV! It’s legitimately hilarious to watch them scream and freak out! Joc got to me the most because his opening scenes were him saying he’s a big man and isn’t scared of anything but then he’s running through the house screaming! I swear it’s worth the watch. It’s so damn comical.

Don’t get the wrong idea about the show though. It’s a strategy & elimination game. The cast has to do these challenges together to build money for their charities, but also have to make sure they’re not being the weakest during the challenges, because at the end, everyone must vote on who they think was the weakest, and that person must choose who they want to battle against in the elimination round. So we all know this makes good drama, due to backstabbing and flakey individuals!

As I stated above, all the money they make goes towards their charities that they’re representing, which I think is amazing.

I do believe they got the idea from MTV because they began doing that last year with The Challenge series. So there’s a little tea for you.

If you’re also interested in MTV’s The Challenge charity series, the new season airs Tuesday, November 21st!

A Transgender’s Horrid High School Story

At the bottom of this page, you will find a link to a story about a transgender man names Casey Hoke, who went through some horrid harassment during his time at DuPont Manual High School, right here in the heart of Louisville Metro.

He was a senior back in 2015 when his principal, Jerry Mayes, saw him coming out of the men’s bathroom, confronted him, and began questioning him about things that were honestly none of the principals business!

The article is gut wrenching, if I do say so myself. I instantly became full of anger. First of all, if you see a ‘problem’ with a student, you take it up with the students parents, you don’t take matters into your own hands and begin questioning things in their personal life, I don’t care how old the student is.

But it doesn’t stop there. He did more than ask the student what procedures he’s had on his genitalia, — yeah you heard me correctly, he asked those kinds of questions— he also had multiple meetings with his teachers regarding the subject, even though they were already aware of Casey’s situation, due to the fact that an article about his story was posted in the school board a couple of years prior.

When asked by Casey, why any of this would concern him, all he was able to mumble out was “if I get into trouble because of you…”

excuse my French, but how fucking disgusting are we trying to be in the year 2017? Or even 2015??? Plus, if everyone literally knew about it since his freshman year and hasn’t complained, then where would the problem be? Besides in your own small minded brain? …

Anyways, In this article, you will also see that the principal also called teachers “cute” little pet names, even after they asked him not to, which made said teachers feel very uncomfortable. And let’s not even dig into the fact that he strongly opposed Manual’s Black Student Union & Gay Straight Transgender Alliance, but made sure to take full credit for.

If you ask me, I think this so called principal should be let go. He overstepped many boundaries within a single year of holding his position. He doesn’t deserve the title. He clearly has some issues he needs to work out before taking on such a big responsibility of making sure a building full of students and teachers are all well taken care of.

I’m very happy to help spread Casey’s word and to help bring light to the situations we face here in Louisville.

I had my own incidents in middle and high school, so I know it’s bigger than one school or one person. Time for Louisville to step into the new millennium.

Hartford not so Innocent

I’m sure everyone has heard about the poor young woman who was constantly terrorized at her university dorm.

It happened just a couple of days ago and it has already taken the internet by storm!

Imagine going to school to further your life and future career with other young adults who have the same ambitions, & end up being so disrespected, discriminated, and degraded solely based on the color of your skin. That’s what happened to poor Chennel Rowe.

Every day, her racist ass roommate, Brianna Brochu, terrorized her by wiping her used tampons on her belongings, unleashing her bodily fluids on her belongings, etc., and was even stupid enough (thank god) to post it all over her Instagram page.

That’s one thing I love about these stupid criminals, they always out themselves… isn’t God great?! Karma always wins.

It’s sad that poor Chennel couldn’t defend herself, but that’s also the beauty. She didn’t have to jeopardize her future for some dumb, immature, racist little girl. Karma handled that situation for her.

I sincerely hope that miss Chennel knows that there are thousands of people who are on her side! I am one that stands with you! Don’t let this dummy derail you from your goals! You do you girl!

I hope little miss racist gets her full sentence. She deserves everything that comes her way.

Posted below are some screenshots and more information regarding the topic.

Gone Home: Console Edition

This one is for the gamers out there. This game is phenomenal!

The game “Gone Home” was originally a PC only game, but, to my knowledge, became a console edition not too long ago, and became available for free download via gold membership on the Xbox console.

Prior to seeing it on the free download screen, I’ve never heard of it before, so I figured I would download it and play, because the picture made it look as if it were a scary game, and we all know I love some horror.

I did not know, however, that it is literally a 15 minute game play. Very short for how amazing this game is, and kind of disappointing, because you’re left with wanting so much more.

The set up is kind of like “Slender: The Arrival”. You may not have played that game before, but if you follow my blog then you know about it because I wrote on it in the past. It has that eerie feel to it, and it’s first person, lights out, limited actions, but completely astounding.

So, given that it resembled the slender-man game, I was totally expecting some real horror. I was a little scared, I’m not even going to lie. There are even clues throughout the house about ghosts and paranormal activities, so for the third time, I was EXPECTING TO BE SCARED…

But it’s nothing like that. (SPOILER ALERT)

It’s about two sisters, one returning home from school and traveling, and the other, who has disappeared. The goal of the game is to search the entire house, which is quite large, for clues as to what happened.

With every key clue that you find, there is a special voice diaries attached. These voice diaries are of her sister, talking to her about what she’s going through, throughout the two year separation. It literally pulls at your heart strings.

And the music! The music is amazing in the game. It’s my second favorite thing about it.

But my first favorite, is the fact that her sister is gay! These stories that she tells her throughout the game, are of her coming out process and falling for one of her classmates, along with how their relationship blossoms and so forth. I won’t give it all away, in case someone out there decides to play it, but it’s truly remarkable and very worth the time to play!

The ending is so very sad, though! But I will also keep that to myself! Just make sure you check it out.

If you’re an Xbox gold member, it’s still free in the membership section of the store for 12 more days! Get it while you can! But even if it’s no longer available, it’s like 10 bucks, which isn’t bad. You get 1000 gamer score for completing all the achievements, and you probably put in about an hour total to collect them all. It’s definitely worthy of a few bucks.

I have seen people playing it on PlayStation as well, so if you’re a PSN player, you can check it out. I just don’t carry any information at this time for PS because I’m currently an Xbox owner only.

I’ll be getting a PlayStation this year though, so in the future, when I go gaming blogs, I’ll be able to broaden my information on the consoles!

If you have played this game, let me know what you think of it! I welcome it all! The good, the bad, and the ugly!

The Greyhound Experience

I would like to take some time out to talk about my experience riding the greyhound for the very first time.

My dad and I had to return to Jersey for a short time to get our place in order. We were going to fly, but due to the fact that it was last minute, our plane tickets would’ve ran us at $800+ a ticket, which was a definite no for us. We checked out the bus fare, and it was only $350 for both round trip tickets, way cheaper by all means, also, I love riding or cruising, because I love seeing the country for what it is, so we went with the obvious winner.

Now, the fun stuff. We left around 6pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Within 10 minutes of being in the Louisville station, this homeless man got up in these young girls’ faces and started screaming at them, begging for money because they didn’t understand full English. During this process, me and this random guy made eye contact, he stood up and took his shirt off while I grabbed my pepper spray… Yeah, we thought it was going to go down. The homeless guy began to back up, walked over to another guy, asked him for his soda, got rejected, and left the station.

We’re off to a good start, aren’t we?

Cut to our 12 hour bus ride to Cleveland, Ohio where we had to wait for 2 hours for our next bus that took us to Newark. Up to his point, I was sitting with my dad, so even though the bus is uncomfortable, it was a little more comfortable sitting with him. But when we had our transfer in Cleveland, we got separated due to being previously crowded. So I had to sit next to this guy, who constantly overtook his seat, as well as part of mine. I was NOT happy. But my dad was next to me, just across the aisle, so it wasn’t completely terrible. 8 hours later we finally made it to Newark, New Jersey. The bus ride there took 19 hours, mind you, by car, it only takes 12! I was tired as all get out!

But the real fun is all in our returning trip, so strap in, because here we go.

Our departing trip back to Louisville began at 6 pm as well. We departed from Pennsylvania Station, which we’ve never been in. We literally traveled up three flights of stairs with 5 things of luggage, walked through the entire station, before realizing that the area we needed was right where we entered the first time… Oh boy, perfect start yet again.

Thankfully, we were first in line for our bus, so we were able to sit together, which eased my anxiety. I will go ahead and mention now that we rode side by side during this entire trip back to Louisville.

Now, we were supposed to reach Cleveland at 4 am, with a two hour wait, meaning our next bus was departing at 6 am. But, the worst damn thing happened during our trip. We were literally in dead, stand still traffic on the Pennsylvania highway, for literally two damn hours. We didn’t reach Cleveland until 6:30 am. Yep, we missed our bus. The next bus to Louisville wasn’t due until 2:30 in the damn afternoon! I was so not happy. But my dad and I made the best of it, because we took the time to go and explore Cleveland, which is a very pretty and innovative city. But that will be in a YouTube video so I won’t disclose those details just yet. But the best part of Cleveland was, as soon as we landed, dad went in line to get our tickets revised, and during the time, my ass went outside to smoke. From the 5 seconds it took me to walk out those doors, 4 people walked up to me and asked for money. I’m not lying when I tell you all that two of them were hookers, and the man was just released from prison. I had no time or patience. But the ex-prisoner was very respectful, which was relieving.

Our bus finally arrived and we had a nice, chill ride to Cincinnati. Along the way, we met these lovely and hysterically funny New York women. We literally sat in front of them, so our time was smoothed out with great conversation.

When we got to Cincinnati, we had another 2 hour wait, which I was so not happy about because we got to Cincinnati at 7 pm, which is 6 hours later than the time we were originally supposed to be in Louisville – our original bus, that we missed due to Pennsylvania traffic, would’ve had us in Louisville at 1 pm, but the new bus was scheduled to have us there at 11 pm – but during our two hour wait, we had three more people come up and beg for money. I ignored every single one, because again, I was not in the mood. We stayed with the New York ladies because we all just clicked so well. We were filling each other in on our personal lives and what not, and I even know where they live in New York, so we plan on visiting when we return!

The time ticked away, and we finally got on our bus. I’m not sure how I feel about the bus driver… This older man, who was clearly special, in the most respectful way, was trying to get to his location, and the bus driver just kind of shunned him away. But our bus was indeed our bus. So when we took off, literally 2 minutes from the station, the older gentleman was telling the driver that his luggage isn’t on the bus. No joke, the driver pulled over, kicked the guy off the bus, and told him he couldn’t get back on. This literally tore my heart. The gentleman had to walk back to the compound in the dead of night.

I was giddy from here on out, because I know the route of Cincinnati to Louisville like the back of my hand. So I was able to reminisce during the final parts of our trip.

We hit Louisville a little after midnight, just 28 hours after we left Jersey, and I ran as fast as I could out of those Louisville station doors!

It’s safe to say that, I do not plan on returning to any greyhound station again.

White Washing Nazi

On Saturday, August the 12th, the world would meet its rip in history. This day held the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, which was a white nationalist movement. Within minutes of the noon start time, police had the rally dispersed, but it didn’t end quickly enough, as there were many clashes between rally-goers and counter-protestors, & we mustn’t forget about the torch lit pre-rally march, which was held Friday night, that descended into violence.

During this white nationalist march, a Nazi sympathizer drove a car into a crowd of counter-protestors, killing one and injuring nineteen.

The woman killed in the crash was a 32 year old paralegal, named Heather Heyer. It’s very interesting that a woman who spends every day of her life standing up for people who can’t be heard, was at a rally, counter-protesting for all of the Americans who continue to go unheard. I hope she rests in heavenly peace.
Her murderer, you know, the 20 year old scum from Ohio that rammed his car into a crowd of people, James Alex, was charged with second degree murder.

The scene in the white house is almost as disgusting as the weekend rally. It literally took Trump two days to say anything regarding the topic, & when he did, he didn’t even give condolences or even speak the name of the poor woman that lost her life. He did, however, blame the left just as much as the right, saying that the counter-protestors were the violent ones… Yeah, it made me stumble too.
His excuse for taking so long to even speak on the topic was that he wanted to gather all of the facts before making a remark about it, which is hysterically funny, since he has never waited to gather any facts or evidence before opening his nasty mouth.

When I watched the video of the rally, it really began to set in that this is happening on our own soil. It’s no longer watching videos to see the violence overseas, now it’s just as simple as stepping outside and witnessing it all in your backyard, and that’s quite scary, like, legitimately scary. I think we will have another civil war before we have WWIII.

A lot of celebrities and well known people, like New York City Housewife, Carole Radziwill, are very unhappy with the 45th, & are not holding back what they have to say. Even the Supreme Court had a few choice words. It really is sickening how the 45th acts, & people still respect him.

God be with us all.

My First Gay Wedding! 🌈

Today was a remarkable, unforgettable day for my best friend from high school. She married her best friend, her partner, her first love, her other half. I know it sounds corny, but trust me, it's factual af!

I tell them all the time that they're an inspiration and they're the type of "couple" goals that I want to achieve when in a relationship. I swear it's like something out of a Disney movie!

Their wedding was so beautiful. It was held at the Red Orchard Barn & Park, which is located in Shelbville, Kentucky. The scenery was so aesthetic, calming and peaceful. You had the horses in the background, eating the greenest of green grass that I have probably ever seen, the wind blowing just right, while bouncing off the mountainous hills in the distance.

I wish I had a ton of photos to show you all what I'm talking about, but I was real focused on actually being in the moment for my girl. It's something I really didn't want to miss.

The reception was just as lovely. It was located inside the barn! How many people can say that they held a kick a** party in a barn?… ok maybe a few, but I can tell you not many city folks can say that!

From the music, to the games, to the sweetest rainbow cake you have probably ever seen, you can tell their hearts where in it 110% there was so much love and laughter in that barn that it could've powered the world.

Let me just say, if you have yet to attend an LGBT wedding, then I highly suggest that you do, because you're not living right!

To be able to actually witness two people who love each other to finally be able to be together as one through holy matrimony and see their happiness fill the room as they get to share a moment like this that was once labeled as only for "straight" people, is something you can't gain from a television or a newspaper article.

#WalkerDownTheAisle 8/12/17 a successful love story! Congratulations to the both of you, my sweet darlings!
❤️🌈💙🌈💛🌈💚🌈💜🌈💖

If anyone has any free time, make sure to give them a shoutout somewhere! Just use that lovely hashtag: #WalkerDownTheAisle 😘😘😘

War Of The Apes 🦍

I literally just finished watching War of the Planet of the Apes, and it was literally everything! Emotions run high with this film.

We see the return of our all loving ape, Caesar, who continues to try and keep his fellow apes safe from the killing humans in the third segment of the series.

I won't give too much away, but I will say this film will tug at your heart strings numerous times during the two and a half hour show.

It will leave you on your toes! I kept saying throughout the movie that certain things would happen because it was so predictable, yet every single time, I was wrong! You may have a bit of a clue though, if you have seen the originals.

I've seen some of the originals, but it's been a few years and I don't even know which ones I've seen, haha.

Apart from the film making you want to cry at every turn, there are also multiple scenes that will have you cracking up.

My mother, grandfather and I went to the Xscape theatre to see the film, and this location had reclining seats so it's as if we were at home watching it, all kicked back and comfortable. It helped set the mood to really enjoy the film.

My grandfather took us out there to celebrate my mother's birthday, which is tomorrow! Let's all wish her a very happy birthday!!!! 💙❤️😘

If you've seen the originals, then you know that this film is not the end. There will be more to come, but they definitely left it on one hell of a cliff hanger, I won't give it away though, you'll have to see it for yourself! 😉

I give this film a 5 star rating! It doesn't matter if you see it in theatre or if you wait until it comes out on DVD, just make sure you see this film!

Pulse: One Year Later

It’s been a year since the tragic accident in Orlando Florida, when crazed and sickened Omar Mateen shot up the Pulse nightclub, which is a LGBTQ friendly club were such members can go and enjoy themselves. But that wasn’t the case for 49 people that night.

I want this to be a huge reminder for everyone, which really connects to my previous blog, that we have so much to fight for, and accomplish. This attack was one of the biggest hate crimes to hit on American Soil. People were murdered for being who they were meant to be.

Pulse Victims, 2016

It’s hard to imagine that we still face these situations in the new millennium, as we should be way past these types of unnecessary situations. But I want this to be a huge billboard for the quacks that say there is no homophobia, no anti-gay laws, etc. especially since we’re still struggling to be recognized as regular human beings like everyone else.

Then there are those who don’t even care. Nicki Minaj tweeted this just a few days after the incident:

It’s completely fine to have your own beliefs and what not, everyone is entitled and unique in their own way… but this? Absolutely no remorse or sympathy for the lives that have been lost? Disgusting.

But it’s not even just Nicki.

Some of the parents of the victims never even claimed their bodies after the shooting. Yes, you heard me correctly on that. Why, Do you ask? Because they don’t accept their children for being gay… how heartbreaking, htat even in death, some of these poor souls couldn’t find love and acceptance. Might I remind you all that some of these people would just be turning 22, 23 years old. These were literally babies.  Hell, even the ones that were older, in their 40s and 50s, should be considered babies, for the fact that there is not a point in time when someone says or should ever say: “they’re old enough, it’s ok if they die.”

Homophobia is real and very much alive today. I don’t know what’s worse, the man killing these innocent people, or the parents that reject them, even in death. They’re both pretty neck and neck if you ask me.

This should honestly be the new reason and slogan for our pride month, because this is what we fight for, this is what we want justice for, not some damn fictional monster named babadook!

It’s irrelevant to me if the crazed murderer claimed to be apart of isis or not. That’s no excuse to let this kind of tragic situation slide. This one incident may have been for “isis” but that doesn’t mean that everyone that gets bashed, bullied and murdered on the daily isn’t from someone who is a homophobe.

It warms my heart to see so many people posting in favor and memory of the pulse victims. It lets me know that some of us still remember and are stricken by the pain to this day. Let them Rest In eternal Peace, because that’s what they deserve. Let’s not allow their murders to be in vain!

A Year In Garfield

It’s really hard to believe that in less then a month, it will be a year that I’ve lived in Garfield. I’ll never forget when walked up those steps for the first time.

Plauderville Train Station, NJ 2017

My father and I did our last shift in Jersey City, hopped on a train – which was my first experience on the NJ transit trains – and rode it throughout the NJ plains. It was late at night, so I didn’t get to see much. It’s actually a little frustrating because now we know of the Garfield stop, which is fairly closer to our house compared to the Plauderville stop. But it was still nice, because it was late, dark, peaceful, and breezy. That was the first and last time I used the Plauderville station, but it still holds a great place in my heart.

Russian Orthodox Church, NJ 2017

The very first time I saw this church, it was that first night that we moved here, it was lit up and so beautiful. I instantly fell in love with this church, based on the architecture alone. Churches do something to me, I always get mesmerized by the structures. Anyway, I make it a point to pass this church every day, so I can admire the beauty.

Veterans of Foreign Wars, NJ 2017

In October of last year, my father and I ventured over to the Veterans of Foreign Wars building for a charity event. We paid money for some good food and treats, and got to see one of the funniest stand up comedy shows ever. We were surrounded by all of the politicians of Garfield. I even met this older lady while waiting at the bar, and we instantly clicked! I told her I was from the south and she told me she was from the Bronx. We laughed and had a good time while we waited for our refills. I’ll never forget that lady. It was an all out amazing experience.

Our Lady of Mt. Virgin, NJ 2016

These are two items that I purchased during the Mt. Virgin Fair. It’s an amazing experience for the fact that it’s like, literally right outside of our place. The whole street gets blocked off and they fill it with rides, games, and good “fair-like” foods. Just like the VFW, all money goes to charity. So it was money well spent. It lasts from 2pm-10pm, and goes on for 2 weeks. The hype is real when they’re set up! I’m actually excited for it to return this year. Fried Oreos… you haven’t lived until you’ve had them!

Family selfie, September 2016

I think this is what makes this place special to me. We have many memories in NJ, due to the fact that we’ve lived in this state for over a year and a half. And even though I’m not a fan of Garfield, for the sole purpose that there’s nothing here, it’s so dear to me because this is technically our first family home in NJ. We made memories here as a family, including birthdays, adventures, dinners, and bonding moments, all of which can never be taken away. Looking back on it now, it was the mark of the beginning of new memories in a new home, in a new state.

Teenage Son Murdered By Mother For Being Gay.

Here is a small cap of the story:

32 year old supermarket manager, Tatiana Lozano Pereira, from a small town near Sao Paolo, Brazil, confessed to stabbing her 17 year old son, Itaberli Lozano, multiple times until he died, for being gay. His body was found a week later, burned and buried in a field.

I have one word for this mother, and it is simply, bitch.

Tatiana, or bitch, made claims that her son used drugs and contently brought men to their home. But his uncle, Dario Rosa, Denied those claims, and added that Lozano was a hardworking and well educated teen.

For several days, the mother, or bitch, told the family that he had run away to live with extended family, but nine days later filed a missing persons report. The body had already been found 2 days before she filed.

In her first confession, the mother, or bitch, stated that they constantly argued and he eventually threatened her, her husband, and their 3 year old child, so she stabbed him in self-defense. She then woke her sleeping husband,Alex Pereira, 30,  to help her wrap the body, burn, and bury him. But her story changed when it was found that in December, Lozano reported his mother to local authorities. He also posted on Facebook December 26th that she hired multiple boys to beat him. The teens were charged and gave a statement: “the mother hired us to ‘teach’ him a lesson.”

Both the mother and her husband were arrested and are being held for 30 days. They’re both charged with murder and concealment of a corpse.

Here’s My Thoughts:

People, especially parents, like this, make me sick to my stomach. It is the most hateful, bitchiest, most disgusting thing someone could do to someone else, based on their sexuality, especially when its your own mother!

This really makes my skin boil. You sit there and murder your first born child, then drag his name in the dirt, making accusations to make him look like a teenage slut, with bad anger issues, while the rest of the family gives opposite statements, calling him well educated, loving and hardworking.

I do not believe a word she said. He was not aggressive, or threatening, and by the way, let me say this, if I threatened my mom, she would beat my ass to the point to where I would know better to never do it again. She would not murder me! HELLO!!! Anyways, I believe that she strictly killed him because she did not want nor believe in having a homosexual for a son. I’m sure it also gets a little deeper than that. I mean, she does have a 3 year old child with her new husband, so that was probably good enough for her.

I hope they get everything that they deserve. I would say the death penalty, but that would just be giving them the easy way out. She needs to suffer, long and hard, haunted by her own demons, and live with her regretful decisions every day, until it’s her time to go.

The murder and suicide rate is so high in the LGBT community, due to situations like this. This is why children are scared, and find it complicated to open up to others about who they really are. Yet people continue to turn a blind eye, like well, they were mental. I’m sorry for my language, but I call straight bull shit on that.

Pictures Tell A Thousand Words

This is honestly my go to. It’s hard for me to really open up, it always has been, honestly. People actually find it hard to believe, but if anyone ever pays attention, I express myself in the defense of others, hardly every myself. I mean, it has become easier as I have grown older, but it is still one hell of a process. Maybe I just need that one person to run up and hold me tightly.

A lot of people go through these type of feelings in life, no matter what age you are, no matter what sex you are, & no matter the orientation that you live by. It’s ok to open up and express yourself, statistics say, and I can honestly agree, that it does help you move on and feel better in your life.

Do you struggle with your emotions?
